Requirements:
• Open for Filipino who is fluent in German language
• Fluent in both German and English
• At least 2nd year in College
• Preferably with experience in BPO Industry or Customer Service
• Collections experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
• Process payments and refunds
• Update client’s online record and account
• Provide financial information needed by the client
• Review unpaid invoices and send collection reminder
