• Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
• JLPT N1-N2 passer
• Bachelor Degree of any course
• With Management / Supervisory experience
• Skilled in MS Office applications

Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry and research in various HR systems
• Apply knowledge of processes and related to HR systems
• Encoding information of employees to support Onboarding of Japanese Employees in global offices.
• Handle compensation administration
• Handle HR Transactions
• Check recruitment process design
• Computer literate (will handle dual Screen)
• Handle employee data management

• Language Assessment (Berlitz Exam)
