• Willing to work in Shifting schedule
• Willing to relocate in Cavite
• Filipino who can speak, read and write in German (B2 Level at least)
• Good English communication skills
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Engineering or any related courses
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• 1-2 years Technical related background would be an advantage
• Conduct initial troubleshooting to technical issues.
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Providing assistance and usage of some specific software
• Ensure to provide navigation for proper application set up
• Assist customers via chat,email and calls
