Company Profile: This is a more than 10 years old BPO Company providing service solutions to most powerful brands in the world.
• Filipino who can speak, read and write French
• Foreign National who has permanent visa in the Philippines
• Good english communication skills
• 1-2 years prior Service Desk experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft OS (Win 7 & 10)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Office365)
• Experience with Incident Ticketing Systems is a big plus
• Willing to start as soon as possible
• Amenable to work on site
• Must be willing to work on Shifting schedule
• Responding to IT support requests over the phone, via email and in person.
• Escalating advanced IT support cases.
• Maintaining IT documentation including network and user details.
• Documenting records of actions taken.
• Fixing hardware issues including replacing equipment and peripherals such as computers, terminals and routers.
