Position: French Customer Service Specialist
Location: Ortigas Pasig City
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set up: Work Onsite
Schedule: Shifting

Requirements:
• Proficient in French language both verbal and written
• Can Communicate in English (Conversation)
• At least two years of college required or completion of a vocational course or any related.
• With Customer Service or Sales background is an advantage
• Working knowledge/experience with technical applications is a plus
• Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable in computer applications

Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance and information via phone, web, email, chat and social media regarding orders and request
• Manage resolution to customers experiencing common technical issues
• Make Interpretation when needed
• Attend to final testing of the new surveys and data analysis
