Position: Japanese Service Desk Associate
Industry: BPO Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: P 70, 000 - P 80,000 plus other benefits
Schedule: Dayshift

Requirements:
• Filipino or Filipino-Japanese fluent in both Japanese and English (oral and written)
• Open for JLPT N1-N2 passer, or Level 1-2 in Japanese
• At least High School graduate
• Preferably with TSR/Service Desk/IT work experience
• With Skills in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for First Level IT support for a global team
• Collect, document, resolve and process user incidents and requests via phone/email/chat
• Explain technical solutions to a non-technical audience
• Frequently communicates with team management about new solutions and open points

2. Email Essay exam (Japanese to English and vice versa)
Question: How are you going to answer the feedback from Customer
3. HR Interview in English
4. Final Interview with Japanese Client
