Qualifications:
•Korean National proficient in English

•Must have coaching/leading a team of agents experience
•Can start working asap

Job Duties:
•Provide quality trainings and guidance to customer service professionals
•Conduct performance evaluation and ensure quality service has been provided to consumers
•Monitor team performance to ensure productivity
•Escalation of issue to second level of technical support
