JOB DETAILS:
Client Details: The number 1 BPO Company in the Philippines located in Manila and Cebu City. This contact center is known to provide customer service to companies around the world. It’s a multinational Irish company founded year 2009 and has office in different countries.

Requirements:
• Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Spanish
• Collections and Finance background is a plus
• Proficient in both Spanish and English
• Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder
• SAP knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities:
• Double check and review the status of customer’s account
• Contact customer via email or call to collect the payables or outstanding credit
• Document daily collections activity
• Maintain an accurate record of all collections
• Researching account disputes and billing discrepancies
