Requirements:
• Open for Filipino National who is fluent in Spanish Language
• Proficient in both Spanish and English
• Customer Service and Technical Support experience is a plus
• Willing to work in Pampanga

Responsibilities:
• Assist users in logging in and updating of accounts
• Assist technical related inquiries and concerns
• Escalate technical issue to Tier 3
• Give instructions to users on how to use the system
