Requirements:
• Preferably Filipino who can Speak, read and write Thai Language
• At least proficient in Speaking Thai Language
• Preferably with 6 months BPO/Customer Service experience
• Finished at least 2 years in College

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and support the internal clients for the technical related concern
• Responsible in translating the issues, request and concern using technical tools
• Assist inquiries such as troubleshooting through call or email
• Investigate and resolve problems in the company’s systems and services
• Participate in managing the development of internal support services.
• Receive and process requests/issues
