• Preferably Non-Native Italian Speakers
• Fluent in Italian and English language
• At least 2nd year in College
• Preferably with background in Quality Analyst and Customer Service
• Knowledge in computer application is a plus
• Can work both onsite and at home
• Identify strengths and skills that needs to be improved (process and communication)
• Ensure that quality calls and performance metrics are met
• Participate in call calibrations and meetings
• Prepare, review and present the quality analyst result of the agent
• Provide feedback for improvements
• Monitor the performance of team members
