JOB DETAILS :
COMPANY PROFILE: One of the emerging companies that focuses on the Information Technology Industry.
Position: Mandarin Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Officer
Company Industry: Online Gaming
Work Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off per week
Salary: Negotiable
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
✅Can speak, read, and write in English (Conversational level)
✅Open to High School Diploma, College undergraduates, and Graduates.
✅Has work experience in the Customer Service field.
✅Must be flexible in working schedule.
✅Knowledge in the Gaming Industry is a big advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Handling and multitasking all requests, and customer inquiries (questions, complaints, requests,…) via Livechat/ Email/ Phone Call or any company-available communication tools
✅To respond, escalate, follow up, endorse, and help resolve pending inquiries, requests, and complaints
✅To ensure reliability to be able to provide 24/7 customer service all the time
✅Recommending, suggesting Ideas, feedback,… contribute to and develop and implement work improvement initiatives or business objectives
✅Coordinating with other departments to pursue important issues and to find out the root causes
✅Assisting with data taking, providing daily, weekly, or monthly data consolidation, and analysis on reports when required
✅Provide timely information to the Team Leader whenever there are critical issues to report.
