Position: Senior Legal Counsel
Company Industry: IT /BPO Company
Work Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: Php 120,000 and above
Work Set Up: Hybrid

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🍀 Bachelor’s degree in Law
🍀 Has at least 12-18 years of experience in all legal disciplines / fields
🍀 Familiarity with dynamic law firm and/or in-house legal department environment.
🍀 Amendable to attend online or face to face interview.
🍀 Amendable to work in any shift schedule once requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🍀 Provides answers for problems where analysis calls for a thorough assessment of variable elements.
🍀 Requires following the senior management's strategic direction while setting short- and long-term objectives, making award recommendations, putting together business cases, and carrying out supplier contracts.
🍀 Senior management at a client or within the company is interacted with regarding concerns that might need accepting a different strategy.
🍀 Work along with the controllership, tax, treasury, legal, and other teams.
🍀 Oversee outside counsel and oversee the legal budgets for various projects.
