Position: Japanese Accounts Payable Specialist
Industry: World’s Leading Pharmaceutical Company
Location: Taguig, Philippines
Salary: Php100,000 - Php140,000 Basic Salary + Language Premium
Work Schedule: Dayshift (8am to 5pm) Fixed 5 days
Work Arrangement: Work From home
Work Set Up: HYBRID set up | 8 days working onsite the rest is work from home

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🎃Open to Filipino who can speak Japanese
🎃No JLPT certificate Required
🎃Open to JLPT N1/N2/N3 Passers or Level
🎃Open to Bachelors degree in Accounting, Financial or Business Management courses
🎃With experience in Accounting/ Purchasing/ Financial/ Invoice processing and Procurement process
🎃Can communicate in English and Japanese efficiently with Japanese Clients
🎃Experience in Accounts Payable is advantage
🎃Willing to undergo training
🎃Willing to work onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🎃Responsible in managing accounts payable process and invoices accounts from Japan
🎃Handle invoices and billings and ensures it accuracy and compliance with agreement
🎃The invoices and billings are from Japan counterpart
🎃Manage to offer clerical and administrative assistance by Japanese processing support
🎃Responsible for providing end of day reports to GLobal Center
🎃Making sure that all debts and payments are handled promptly.
🎃Ensure that billings are paid according to agreed turn around time
🎃Verifying and reconciling bills, tracking spending, and keeping detailed records for accounts purposes of Japan counterparts
