✳️Position: Japanese Sales Account Manager
✳️Salary: P 90,000 to 100,000 (still negotiable)

Requirements:
💠Must be Filipino who speaks Japanese language
💠JLPT passers and Non Passer (Must be fluent in Japanese language)
💠Can speak, read and write in Japanese
💠Preferably someone who has exposure in Japanese business culture
💠Candidate with background in Sales
💠Ability to do sales, account management, customer relationship and marketing
💠Strong experience in management of client companies
💠Degree holder of any course and this is open to undergraduates as well
💠Having sales experience with Japanese clients is preferred
💠Having driver’s license is an advantage for this role
💠Sales background from any field (3 to 5 years)
💠Having engineering background related to home appliances is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

🟨Provide great customer relationship management to Japanese Companies
🟨Maintain great partnership with Top Japanese Global companies in the Philippines
🟨Attend meetings to discuss proposal and tailor specific needs of the company
🟨Coordinate with Japanese Manager, HR, Heads or Japanese Director, CEO or President
🟨Suggest solution or advice based on the client company’s needs and budget
🟨Provide post customer service and ensure timely update for project progress
🟨Serve as the main POC for post installation and handling inquiries
🟨Work closely with engineering team and sales team to deliver client needs
🟨Negotiate terms, Rates, pricing, delivery schedule and more
🟨Address any concerns, issues or additional needs for the current projects
🟨Explain product features, system design and performance standards of the appliance
🟨Provide customized proposal or modify proposals based on the Japanese client’s needs
