REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
☑️Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Administration or relevant field
☑️Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who is proficient in Mandarin & English.
☑️Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
☑️Strong quantitative and analytical skills
☑️Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
☑️Will be relocated anywhere nationwide for a time period.
☑️Must be willing to do field work within the area of assignment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
☑️Creates, communicates, and executes a vision for the sales team, establishing direction and providing context for sales activities.
☑️Leads manages, and develops employees’ performances in every department such as rank & File employee, Supervisory, and managerial post.
☑️Assist Sales Managers in the development of sales and marketing plans, forecasting, performance management, etc; measure and track results.
☑️Understand and support sales policies and producers to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.
☑️ Implement policies, procedures, and sales strategies in the region. Increase sales revenue of specific handled regions. Report on the progress of goals and objectives.
☑️ Maintains contracts with all clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
☑️Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
☑️Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, and customer service as needed.
☑️Coordination with different departments in the office, such as ADMIN, TRAINING, MARKETING, ACCOUNTS, CE
