Position: CSR or EDB Consultant
Company Industry: Banking & Finance
Work Location: Eastwood, Quezon City (Training)
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: Php 37,000 Package
Work Set Up: Work on site during Training and Hybrid after.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Open for non-bachelor’s degree holder.
✨ With 2 years’ work experience in Call Center (blended).
✨ Willing to attend face-to-face interview if requested.
✨ Willing to start immediately.
✨ Amendable to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Responsible for answering customer’s questions and inquiries.
✨ Handles inbound and outbound calls.
✨ Handles customers’ needs, clarify information, and providing solution for the issues.
✨ Responsible for documentation of all interactions and follow procedures.
✨ Other task may be Assigned.
