Position: Division Travel Manager (Hybrid Work Set Up)

JOB REQUIREMENT:
✨Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Business, or related field.
✨With 5-6 years a travel agency, airline or call center experience with a travel account, 3 years of these in a supervisory or managerial position
✨ With experience using Global Distribution System (i.e. Sabre, Apollo, Worlds pan, Amadeus, etc.)
✨Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
✨Amenable to be train on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Oversee the Pods' day-to-day operations
✨Regularly conduct performance reviews, making sure that goals and plans for development are well-defined, and give management and team members regular feedback.
✨Compile transaction reports from every pod and examine volume.
✨Evaluate internal systems, procedures, and processes on a regular basis. vMake any necessary recommendations and put them into action.
✨Plan and create new service and employee satisfaction programs.
✨Work together with training to carry out development projects.
✨Make sure training sessions are conducted effectively and that program success is reported.
✨Interpret data obtained from different TMC policies and relay it to the appropriate pods.
✨Create, carry out, and offer direction and counsel regarding backup plans and procedures.
✨Constantly collaborate with the IT department to make sure that policies for unforeseen and urgent circumstances are reviewed.
✨Verify that all established policies and procedures are being followed.
✨Additional duties as delegated by the operations vice president.
