JOB REQUIREMENT:
✨ Open for Non-Bachelors Degree
✨ With at least 2-3 years Call Center experience
✨ Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
✨ Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
✨ Amenable to be train on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ To provide outstanding customer care and customizing solutions for esteemed clients of commercial banking.
✨To comply with banking regulations while determining and meeting the needs of your consumers, both present and future.
✨To do initial point of contact by phone for clients requiring prompt maintenance and servicing across
many commercial banking product categories
✨Work together with stakeholders to address a client issue.
✨Other task as assigned
