COMPANY PROFILE: This company has about 52 years of experience in the industry and is leading in the development and production of lenses for vision
Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Company Industry: Shared Services
Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00AM-6:00PM)
Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 40,000
Work Set Up: Onsite for the first 3 Months then Hybrid after.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
✨ With at least 4 years work experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
✨ Willing to attend face-to-face interview if requested.
✨ Willing to start immediately.
✨ Amendable to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Responsible for vendors’ invoices and employees expense reports.
✨ Manage prompt application of Credit Notes and Prepayments/Advances.
✨ Responsible for monthly accrual and journal entries based on unprocessed invoices and reconciles intercompany transactions.
✨ Responsible for daily payment concerns of Bus.
✨ Handles Oracle modules during month end.
✨ Other related duties may be assigned by Finance Manager.
