Work Schedule: Dayshift with 2 days off
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 85,000 Monthly
Work Set Up: Hybrid set-up

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
☑️Proficient in Mandarin and English Language
☑️Bachelor's degree in information systems, Logistics, business, communications, or Life Sciences.
☑️At least 2-3 years of experience in Master Data Management.
☑️Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel – formulas, conditional formatting, etc.)
☑️Working knowledge of SAP & Salesforce

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
☑️Providing support to a Global manufacturer from SEA.
☑️Analyse email requests and templates
☑️Identify and communicate with responsible parties the necessary information
☑️Participate in process documentation and knowledge exchange according to set standards.
☑️Quality checks supporting documents.
☑️Translating necessary documents from Mandarin to English if needed.
☑️Work closely on maintaining information or records in the database.
☑️Provide translation assistance to the Team if needed.
