Position: Korean Data Analyst
Industry: Shared Services
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000- Php 90,000 gross
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off (8AM - 5 PM)
Work setup: Flexible Work Setup

Requirements:
🚀Korean National located in the Philippines
🚀Filipino proficient in Korean language
🚀Proficient in English language
🚀Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Finance or any related courses
🚀At Least Associate Graduate or 2 year vocational course.
🚀Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities:
🚀Maintain the quality of master customer data
🚀Making sure the customer data is complete and accurate
🚀Responsible for responding to chat and emails.
🚀Validating and translating documents from English to Korean
🚀Handling customer requests like making new accounts, maintenance, deactivation & reactivation.
🚀Preventing and managing the customer data & account
