JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔️Filipino or Filipino-Japanese who is business level in Japanese and with English communication skills
✔️Bachelor’s degree or Open to undergraduate of any course
✔️JLPT N1 , N2 passer/level, Half-Filipino/Half-Japanese
✔️With 6 months - 5 years relevant work experience
✔️Preferably Experience in customer service or BPO Industries

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️Analyse and demonstrate a clear understanding of business processes, services, products, and client profiles.
✔️Monitor the quality of work on team and individual level, Strictly implemented key performance on various projects.
✔️Act as a Subject Matter Expert or QA - Handle and analyse escalation/concerns and provide possible solutions
✔️Analyse common customer issues
✔️Perform other administrative task to be designed by Management
