JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🤝 Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology.
🤝 Relevant work experience in Technical Support, research, and knowledge in Cyber Security.
🤝 Effective listening Skills
🤝 Basic understanding of MS Access & Windows 2008-2012 server configuration
🤝 Experience in resolving issues with the integrated software / Hardware solutions at the enterprise level
🤝 Willing to be on call during weekends and scheduled holidays as part of rotating on call support schedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
📢 Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
📢 Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
📢 Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
📢 Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
📢 Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
