Position: Japanese Bilingual Team Lead
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Makati
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 60,000 Negotiable
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Filipino or Filipino-Japanese who is business level in Japanese and with English communication skills
✅ Bachelor’s degree or Open to undergraduate of any course
✅ JLPT N1 , N2 passer/level, Half-Filipino/Half-Japanese
✅ With 6 months - 5 years relevant work experience
✅ Preferably Experience in customer service or BPO Industries
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Analyse and demonstrate a clear understanding of business processes, services, products, and client profiles.
✅ Monitor the quality of work on team and individual level, Strictly implemented key performance on various projects.
✅ Act as a Subject Matter Expert or QA - Handle and analyse escalation/concerns and provide possible solutions
✅ Analyse common customer issues
✅ Perform other administrative task to be designed by Management

✅ Pre-Employment Exam (Personality test, IQ test etc)
✅ Initial Interview (HR)
