Position: Sales & Marketing Associate
Company Industry: Real Estate Company
Work Location: San Antonio, Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Salary: Php 18,000 - Php 20,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENT:
✨ Holding a bachelor's degree.
✨ Available to recent graduates.
✨ It is advantageous to have prior work experience in the real estate industry.
✨ Willing to work in Makati City.
✨Able to attend in-person interviews.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Respond to inquiries from clients regarding the company's products and services in a timely and kind manner.
✨Act as an intermediary between the business and its clients.
✨Conduct and supervise research to provide much-needed support to the business development team.
✨ Locate and contact new business leads for the organization.
✨ Conduct research and offer any information that will have a major impact on the development of proposals for any new investment initiatives the business takes on.
✨To help the business become more efficient in delivering services, get a deep grasp of priority sectors, such as market trends and routes.
✨Any more tasks as given.
