Position: Vietnamese HR Support Representative (Fixed Dayshift)
Industry: BPO company
Location: Pasay City
Schedule: Weekdays, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary: Php 70,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set- up: Work onsite

Responsibilities:
🔸 Main point of contact of all HR related concerns following the policies and procedures set by the client
🔸 Address all the HR related concerns through calls, email and chat
🔸 Assist employees and managers in completing their documents, HR systems, policies and procedures, etc.
🔸 Responsible in investigating issues raised by client's employee related to incorrect records
🔸 Assist employees by providing information pertaining to HR related forms and records
🔸 Initiate appropriate action required by HR or employee
🔸 Perform other task assigned

Requirements:
🔸 Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Vietnamese language
🔸 Currently residing in the Philippines
🔸 Open for graduates and undergraduates
🔸 Preferably has experience in customer service (HR account)
🔸 Amenable to work in Pasay City if required
🔸 Can start as soon as possible
