Requirements of the job:
🍀Filipino who can speak conversational to advanced in Indonesian language
🍀Indonesian national with permanent visa
🍀With Airline experience is an advantage
🍀With 2-3 years experience in BPO
🍀With Airline experience is an advantage
🍀Can speak English as well
🍀Highschool or college graduates
🍀Willing to do customer service to airline customers

Duties and Responsibilities:
🍀Answer the concern of the customers via calls, emails or chats.
🍀Resolve the airline inquiries/ issue in a timely manner
🍀Provide assistance to the Team leader in handling the agents.
🍀Maintain a good relationship with the customers and ensure a customer satisfaction
🍀Perform other related task
