✅ College Graduate of any course
✅ Can speak read and write Mandarin language
✅ Native candidates located in the Philippines
✅ Can process working visa

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅ Take full responsibility in dealing with relevant customer’s complaints and queries.
✅ Follow up on unresolved inquiries through emails or phone calls
✅ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
✅ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
✅ Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communications.
✅ Work closely with Team Leader and Manager to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered.
