Position: Mandarin Risk Management Analyst
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Mandaluyong
Schedule: Dayshift (Amenable to do shifting schedule)
Salary: Php 70,000-Php 90,000
Work Set-up: Hybrid

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Bachelor’s Degree, preference on computer related courses
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management
Fluent at Chinese Mandarin, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Mandarin and in English communication, both verbal and written.
Have project management or IT related experiences is a plus.
Deep understanding on business continuity management framework and processes or related fields such as security or Risk & Compliance.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Responsible for the business continuity management.
Assess and establish business continuity on client engagements to reduce business risk for the company and for our clients in China.
Make recommendations to reduce risk, including diversification, portfolio investment and currency exchanges.
Use analytical software to calculate the risk of a decision.
Consult with business decision makers and understand their data needs.
Evaluate business and finance records and determine the level of risk.
Create reports and anticipate the losses of certain business decisions.
