Position: Mandarin Sportsbook Product Manager
Industry: Online Gaming
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (10 AM - 7 PM)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English
✅ Experienced in sportsbook product development and/or sports trading, and software development
✅ Strong analytical ability to translate analysis and ideas into actionable proposals
✅ Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment
✅ Project management skills are essential
✅ Good communication skills at all levels of an organization

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅ Own the product roadmap and product performance metrics
✅ Initiate and drive market research for the sports betting domain as well as adjacent domains
✅ Engage with customers to understand their pain points and their needs
✅ Develop proposals, business requirements and generate mock-ups that define the product vision
✅ Manage a portfolio of projects through their development life cycle from idea generation to launch
✅ Develop launch plans and carry out post-launch analyses
✅ Report performance metrics and progress to senior management
