REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅ Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate,
✅ Bachelors/College Degree, any field.
✅ Fluency (written and spoken) in Mandarin and English.
✅ Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills
✅ Willing to work in rotational / shift schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅ Monitor, process and approve customers’ cash flow transactions in time and in accordance to the policy and procedures.
✅ Collaborating with Customer Service Team in order to support quality customer service and resolution of issues in timely manner.
✅ Assess financial risk while maintaining appropriate level of cash flow required to support business operation.
✅ Monitor and control business account balances.
✅ Identify and escalate any fraudulent transactions to risk team and superiors
