Position: Mandarin Telesales Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Leading a team of Retention Specialists dedicated to ensuring the retention of our VIP customers through effective sales, customer engagement, and retention strategies.
Requires strong leadership, customer-centric approaches, and the ability to analyze and improve processes, ensuring alignment with the company's sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to ensure team members apply sales techniques and meet performance targets.
Monitor customer feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements to the retention process.
Ensure the team adheres to retention integrity practices and quality expectations set by the company.
Track and report on key retention and sales metrics, including average spend per customer, customer satisfaction, and retention rates.
Collaborate with management to set sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded by the team.
Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions that enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Filipinos who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin
Filipinos who can speak English
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3-4 years of experience in a sales-driven retention role, ideally in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Proven track record of success in customer retention, account management, or sales, particularly in outbound telesales setups.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage customer relationships and resolve conflicts.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer data, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights.
Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs to deliver effective solutions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to meet or exceed targets.
Knowledge of industry and market trends related to customer retention and sales.
