REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who is proficient in Mandarin & English.
Bachelor’s Degree in any course
At least 1 year of experience working in the Gaming Industry
Work conscientiously and responsibly
With strong communication skills and the ability to work hard.
Familiar with office work software and skilled in typing

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
In charge of game satisfaction and reporting.
In charge of addressing players' queries within the game, offering calm assistance, and documenting any issues.
Communicate with other departments to discuss and verify issues that players face in the game, and help in resolving the issues.
Make customer satisfaction a priority and effectively address customer issues, such as complaints.
Fulfill additional duties given by those in charge promptly.
Daily game observation to ensure timely output and feedback of problems.
