Responsibilities:
🔸 Maintain the positive relationship between customer and client
🔸 Providing answers for inquiries related to product and process
🔸 Communicating customer through chat, calls, emails and other social media platforms
🔸 Handling complaints and giving solutions
🔸 Keeping all necessary data
🔸 Ensure customer satisfaction
🔸 Able to work independently

Requirements:
🔸 Thai national currently residing in the Philippines
🔸 Bachelor's degree of any course
🔸 With Customer service experience but not required
🔸 Flexible in shifting schedules
🔸 Fluent in English
🔸 Proficient using Microsoft Office Word and Excel
🔸 Amenable to work in Shifting schedule
