Position: French Compensation Specialist

Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 66,000
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work From Home (Must be amenable to work 2x a month onsite)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Proficient in French and English language both verbal and written
➤Motivation to learn and work independently
➤Comfortable working in an informal environment with a lot of freedom and a lot of responsibility
➤Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and exhibit grace under pressure
➤Teamwork—good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with colleagues
➤Strong work ethic—maintains good working habits to ensure timely completion of tasks

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Examine market data and execute survey processes for assigned countries and assess survey results to be able to create diagnostics that would support further application of Community products and services.
➤Inform management on issues related to the survey process to ensure smooth delivery of service.
➤Explain the process of survey participation and data collection that is required to ensure an efficient survey process.
➤Explain survey results to clients illustrating the linkages of Community Jobs and Community Market to other components of Community.
➤Deliver salary survey transactions within established schedules and timelines ensuring timely delivery of salary surveys.
➤Maintain consistent quality in production of survey data and review of more junior analysts.
