Position: HR Specialist (Makati City)
Company Industry: Travel Company
Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Salary: Php20,000-Php25,000
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
Job Description:
✨ Bachelors degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
✨ At least 1 year of experience in human resource field
✨ Willing to work onsite
✨ Amenable to attend interviews
✨ Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities
✨Support any HR-related issues, questions, or requests from both internal and external parties.
✨Assist the HR team in their daily tasks.
✨Conduct the entire hiring process, including screening, interviews, onboarding, and so forth; this includes offering HR assistance with hiring and training.
✨Create reports on general HR operations and keep databases with a variety of employee data.
✨Acts as a point of contact for HR operations (such as payroll, benefits and compensation, hiring, and violations and investigations,
✨Occupational safety and health management, training and development, and performance and talent management
✨Stay current on the newest trends and best practices in human resources.
✨Organize and cultivate a good working relationship with staff members at all organizational levels and across departments.
✨Help with payroll procedures, such as attendance generation, overtime, SL, VL, and error checking, among others.
✨Help with the processes of performance management.
