Position: Document Controller

Work Schedule: Weekends Off (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Salary: Php20,000-Php30,000

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
✨With experience as a document controller
✨Amenable to attend interviews
✨Willing to work in Taguig City
✨Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
✨Supervise all company document creation, review, distribution, and archiving.
✨Ensure that all documents complies with company policies
✨Update document control procedures in accordance with regulatory changes
✨Determine where document control procedures are inefficient and make the necessary adjustments.
✨Make use of techniques such as Six Sigma to improve workflow and lower errors.
✨Create and maintain document management standard operating procedures (SOPs).
✨Plan, carry out, and supervise document control initiatives to guarantee their timely and cost-effective completion.
✨Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
✨Track project development and make required plan adjustments.
✨Train employees on document control systems and procedures.
✨Create user manuals and training materials for internal stakeholders.
✨Provide continuing assistance and deal with any document management-related problems.
✨Ensure that sensitive documents are secure and kept private.
✨Put data protection policies into action and make sure all employees follow them.
✨Review security procedures frequently and make necessary updates.
✨Collaborate closely with different departments to learn about their document requirements.
✨Encourage efficient communication to guarantee organization-wide alignment.
✨Act as the main contact for questions about document control.
