Position: Japanese Quality Coach and Trainer
Company Industry: American Advertising Company

Work Location: Quezon City
Salary: P 130,000 – P 135,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday - Friday)
Fixed Dayshift (8am to 5pm)
5 days week only

Job Requirements:
· Can speak, read and write Japanese Language
· Must be Filipino who speak Japanese
· NO JLPT required (open to non JLPT passers)
· Must have fluency in Japanese Language
· Must be able to speak Conversational English
· Worked as Trainer or coach in a BPO set Up
· 1 year experience as Trainer or Coach

Job Responsibilities:

· Monitor Japanese calls and analyze the call between Customer and helpdesk
· Analyze the Japanese customer concern and check if the resolution is appropriate
· Provide feedback to Japanese agents if the calls need improvement
· Create plans or proposals how to improve performance of the calls
· Communicate with Manager and provide reports about Japanese account performance
· Improve quality of calls and answer made by agents
