Position: Record to Report Manager

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday - Night Shift
Work Set Up: Work Hybrid Setup

Job Requirements:
⚡Bachelors Degree in Accountancy.
⚡At least 5 years of experience in Managerial role.
⚡At least 7 years of experience in Record to Report & Subject Matter Expert.
⚡Experience in Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Intercompany Accounting and fix asset.
⚡Amendable to start as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:
⚡Assess and evaluate possible problems in the RTR process and offer fixes to increase productivity and streamline operations.
⚡Ensure that internal controls, accounting standards, and reporting deadlines are all followed.
⚡ Provide the information and assistance required for financial statement audits by working together with internal and external auditors.
⚡Create and evaluate financial reports, highlighting important patterns and insights to help management make decisions.
⚡Assist team members with complex accounting queries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving discrepancies.
