Position: Service Engineer for Aircon (Cavite Area)
Company Industry : Manufacturing Company for Aircon
Work Location: Cavite
Work Schedule: Monday To Friday
Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 30,000
Work Set Up: Working Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🤝Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (with
experience/knowledge in Air-conditioning)
🤝At least 1 to 2 years of after sales experience in manufacturing or service industry
🤝Preferably with valid Driver’s License and can drive a 4-wheel vehicle
🤝Licensed Engineer is a plus
🤝Amenable to work in Quezon City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
📢Perform field quality customer service by responding to customer priorities, rearranged
schedules.
📢Communicate effectively with customers, service manager, service technicians.
📢Organize, coordinate, and monitor service requests schedules.
📢Aid the service technicians in resolving technical problem via phone, email, or on-site visitations,
vEvaluate service request, diagnose defective units, manage ordering of repair parts accordingly,
and find resolution to challenging issues.
