We are a premier provider of innovative business solutions, specializing in delivering exceptional outsourcing services across various industries.
Position: Workforce Analyst
Industry: BPO / Consulting
Work Location: Antipolo, Rizal (Onsite)
Salary: Php 30,000 Package
Work Set-Up: Onsite | Night Shift
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Monitor and manage real-time staffing levels and call volumes.
✅ Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and issues.
✅ Communicate with team leaders to address staffing or operational concerns.
✅ Implement adjustments to schedules and staffing to meet service level goals.
✅ Prepare and submit accurate reports on real-time performance and adherence.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
👉 At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPO setting.
👉 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
👉 Proficiency in workforce management tools and real-time monitoring systems.
👉 Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
👉 Ability to work effectively on a night shift schedule.
