Company Profile: Leading Insurance Brokerage Company present in 140 companies providing effective broking solutions
Position: Thai Claims and Benefits Specialist
Industry: Insurance Brokerage Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary:Negotiable (client will discussed during call)
Work Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off
Work Set up: Hybrid setup
Qualifications:
• Filipino proficient in Thai language (Speaking, Reading and Writing)
• College graduate of any courses
• Knowledgeable in MS EXCEL, knows basic formulas -pivot, VLOOKUP, concatenate, etc
• Experience in Flexible Benefits Administration is a plus but not required
Job Duties:
• Support Asia Pacific Clients, Thai Employees and Company Vendors with their claims and reimbursements inquiries
• Answer inquiries about insurance claims and verify submitted documents
• Manage Benefits System and ensure uploaded information reports are accurate
• Track and Monitor Claims Process and manage to follow timeline
• Processing of claims and address follow ups of clients and employees
