✅Position: French Visa Processing Specialist (Conversational French)
✅Salary: PHP 93,000 monthly
✅Schedule: 5 days a week
✅Work Arrangement: work onsite
✅Work Location: alabang
✅Days Off: 2 days off - consecutive
✅Working Time: Day Shift, Night Shift and rotational
✅Account: Pioneer Account in Travel Industry
✅Line of Business: Visa Processing Consultancy

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Filipino who speak Conversational French
✅Filipino who speak conversational English
✅70% English and 30% French
✅NO experience required as long as you can speak French
✅Having customer service background is not required but AN ADVANTAGE
✅Open to fresh graduate or candidate with zero experience
✅College level preferably completed 1st year college
✅Having travel or visa processing experience is an added strong point
✅Can start ASAP and willing to accept job offer on Feb 10 2025
✅Willing to start as soon as possible
✅Willing to be part of a New Account in the Philippines

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Guide French customers on the documents needed for visa processing
✅Provide list of documents on how to acquire tourist visa for New Zealand, Finland and Australia
✅Provide step by step guide on how to process visa
✅Set expectations of the timeline and turnaround time of visa release
✅Assist customers on how to send their visa requirements online
✅GIve timely Update to customers on the status of customer’s visa
