Requirements:
🚀Filipino who fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai
🚀Thai National in Philippines
🚀Bachelor’s Degree graduate
🚀Knowledgeable in ServiceNow and Basic Troubleshooting
🚀With IT Helpdesk Experience
Responsibilities
🚀Handling customer technical support cases through phone, email and chat
🚀Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
🚀Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
🚀Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
