Position: Thai Technical Support (Medical Devices)
Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Dept: Technical Support Department
Salary: Php 100,000 -Php 120,000 Monthly
Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Work Setup: Work Onsite

Requirements:
🚀Thai national proficient in English language
🚀Degree holder of any course
🚀Technical support background is an advantage
🚀Willing to work onsite in Taguig
🚀Can start ASAP

Duties and responsibilities:
🚀Guide the users of the proper use of the device
🚀Assist the users on step by step guide to properly handle and maintain the device
🚀Assist the Med tech on how to escalate the technical issues
🚀Answer inquiries of users via email, chat and calls
🚀Help customers on how to use the manual of the device
🚀Read and familiarize the manuals written in Thai language
