Position: Mandarin Senior Procure to Pay
Company Industry: Multinational Business Consulting Corporation
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift with 2 days off
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 85,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid set-up

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
☑️Proficient in Mandarin and English Language
☑️At least a University degree or equivalent in a finance-related field or equivalent
☑️At least 2-3 years experience in P2P function.
☑️Understand Procurement and have experience with purchase orders
☑️Experience working with a purchase order tool (e.g. Coupa, ZIP, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
☑️Ensures that all invoices assigned are properly accounted for at the end of each business day
☑️Receives scanned invoices from the Scanning Center
☑️Responsible for indexing invoices before these are processed by the Payments Processor
☑️Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
☑️Support procurement and accounts payable projects and initiatives, including process improvements, may also include vendor management
