Position: Application Modernization (Mid level to Manager)

Work Schedule: Morning and Night Shift
Salary: Php60,000 - Php 120,000
Work Set-Up: Hybrid (onsite/work from home)
Work Location: Taguig City

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Lead and contribute to application modernization projects, transforming legacy systems into modern architectures
✨ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
✨ Implement cloud-based solutions and microservices architecture
✨ Optimize and migrate applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
✨ Ensure application security, performance, and best practices
✨ Guide and mentor junior developers in modernization techniques

Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
✅ At least 3 years of experience in application modernization
✅ Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
✅ Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, .NET, etc.)
✅ Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
✅ Knowledge of microservices architecture and API development
✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✅ Experience in leading teams for managerial roles
