JOB DETAILS :
COMPANY PROFILE: This company is one of the biggest multinational automotive companies worldwide, they have been operating in the Philippines since 2012. They have been offering finance, accounting, consultancy, and back-office support across Asia and Europe.
✅Position: German Logistics Specialist Coordinator
✅Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
✅Work Location: Clark, Pampanga
✅Salary: Php 50,000 Php 90,000 monthly
✅Work Schedule: Nightshift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
✅Work Setup: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Filipino National who has at least B2 level and above of German
✅Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related courses
✅Training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk
✅Work background in the field of material planning and scheduling, ideally in the automotive sector
✅Proficient in using computer and MS Office
✅Basic knowledge of accounting systems (SAP)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Updates Excel Trackers, Log sheets when necessary
✅Takes over the difficult operational tasks and involved in the operational calls
✅Managing inventory levels to meet demand without overstocking.
✅Coordinating transportation and shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of products
✅Processing and tracking customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
✅Selecting and managing suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
✅Handling documentation related to shipments, including customs paperwork and delivery receipts.
✅Addressing and resolving any issues that arise during the logistics process.
