Position: Indonesian Customer Incentive Plan Associate

Schedule: Shifting Schedule (5 days per week, Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Native Bahasa Indonesian Speaker currently living in the Philippines
• Open for Filipino proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesian
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration and Communication course
• With experience in handling sales account
• With 2 years work experience in product pricing and material listing

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for reviewing the agreement between the company and customer data.
• Updating the data in the system of the company.
• Responding to customer or client inquiry and request.
• Troubleshoot Customer Incentive Plan errors, questions, and requests from stakeholders.
